Aeroforge Partners with SPSCC for Leadership Training

Aeroforge is investing in the growth and development of its leaders within the organization. It has partnered with South Puget Sound Community College to send all team leaders through a five course program over the next two years. Aeroforge has already sent Jason Rasmus (Production Manager) through two of the courses with four more leaders slated to start before the end of the year. The curriculum contains the following courses:

• Mind of a Manager, Heart of a Leader
• Motivating & Coaching to Build Top Talent
• Managing Change & Making Great Decisions
• Leading from the Middle: Influencing Without Authority
• Leading through Difficulty

Jason Rasmus said, “The Leadership Development Course at SPSCC has been the most impactful study in leadership I’ve experienced. The tools I’ve acquired from the coursework and engaging presentation by the instructor have been impactful in my role as a leader in this organization. It’s a worthy investment into the future of leadership here at Aeroforge. I look forward to continuing the course to completion and seeing other leaders within the company experience these courses".
